Proper Form: Hanging Rings
Note: This might not be what they are called.
Note 2: This is not actually proper form.
Note 3: It’s very fun to swing around on them like Tarzan.
Today was upper body strength training. Chest, biceps, triceps, abs.
- 4x 10 bench press (New personal record of 220) (yes, I’m aware that is not insanely high, but as someone who has never focused on weight training I’m pretty pumped.)
- 4x 12 biceps curls (feeling better about my arm shape as evidenced in the admittedly douchey picture below)
- 3x 10 abs something or another.
- 4x 12 tricep flies.
Biceps and Triceps! NOW IN BLACK AND WHITE FOR EXTRA DOUCHE.
It was a successful Tuesday. Post-weights I got in a nice four mile run (43:15) for a moderate 11 minute/mile pace.
