Workout Mommy –
Life has been insane lately. It doesn’t seem to want to stop snowing and therefore my kids have been off from school A LOT!
It is hard to get a workout with them around, but I try and sneak something in here and there.
Kettlebell swings in the kitchen anyone? (and yes, in my pink pajamas)
Every little bit counts, right?
Here is a quick cardio complex that will torch some calories and can be done at home. (click through to see the video if you are unsure of the moves)
- 10 box jump-overs
- 10 slam balls (I got mine from Power Systems)
- 10 toe taps
- Repeat 8 times!
