Stitch Fix #4: Success

Ahhh.. I’m so excited to tell you all about my March box from Stitch Fix. It was my forth Fix and the first time I liked and kept all five items. Score!

If you’re new to Stitch Fix, it’s a really cool personal styling service for women. You can learn more about it by checking out my first review.

Stitch Fix Review -- I kept all five items!

This month’s Fix was filled with styles for transitioning into spring and summer, which I’m totally ready for (even though it’s supposed to snow here tonight — ugh!). Here’s the line-up:

Long-sleeve Knit Cardigan by 41 Hawthorn (similar) & Skinny Ponte Pants by Sanctuary (these pants look identical but go by a different name)

Stitch Fix Review -- Black Pants and Pink Cardigan

The cardigan is soft, comfy and long enough to wear with leggings because it covers the booty (always a plus). I also like the bright color — it puts me in the mood for spring!

I immediately thought that I would send the Skinny Ponte Pants back because I already have these black skinny jeans from Citizens of Humanity, but then I tried them on and loved the fit! They’re so comfortable and they are a little more like leggings than jeans so I decided to keep em’. You can never have too many black bottoms!

Mixed Chevron Maxi Dress by Angie (similar)

Stitch Fix Review - Chevron Maxi Dress

I’m not usually a big fan of chevron but I ended up liking the pattern on this maxi dress once I had it on. You can’t tell in the photo but there are slits on either side of the front piece that go up to the knee so your legs peek out a little. No harm in showing a little skin. :)

Striped Short Sleeve Cut-Out Top by Mia Melon

Stitch Fix Review -- Black Top

I really liked the light striped pattern and cute cut-out detail of this top. Definitely a keeper.

Floral Fringe Square Scarf by Echo (similar)

Stitch Fix Review -- Scarf

The scarf was the only item I was on the fence about keeping. It’s soft and the colors are cute but it’s not something I would have normally picked up at the store, especially given the $48 price tag. But, I knew that if I kept all five items I would 25{967bf23b37ec6a673a83041540b3f904a815b4119ddf673afb961c1e7592ebdd} off the total order (a savings of $75.00) so it was worth it to keep the scarf. Stitch Fix also included some new fun ways to wear square scarfs with my Fix so hopefully I’ll try those and end up loving it!

With the 25{967bf23b37ec6a673a83041540b3f904a815b4119ddf673afb961c1e7592ebdd} discount, my total for all the items was $225.00. Not too shabby for five high quality items!

Thus far I’m having a ton of fun ordering Stitch Fix boxes and it’s really nice having someone to help me pick out cute stuff. My February box wasn’t the best (I only ended up keeping one item) but March more than made up for it so I went ahead and placed my next order for April.

Just an FYI – This isn’t a sponsored post and I didn’t get my Fix for free. It’s just a service I wanted to try and people seem to like to reviews, so I post them. If you do want to try Stitch Fix, feel free to sign-up through my link. They have a referral program and I get credit if people sign-up and try the service. Also, there are a couple affiliate links throughout the post. If you click over and buy an item, I get a small kickback.

Have you tried Stitch Fix or a similar personal styling service? What are you most looking forward to about spring fashion? I’m looking forward to sandals and being able to walk outside without having to wear a jacket! :)
