Universal Standard Sale + Extra Coupon

Universal Standard is one of my favorite brands and is having a very rare site-wide sale 12/3-12/5, with all items 33{967bf23b37ec6a673a83041540b3f904a815b4119ddf673afb961c1e7592ebdd} off. PLUS, I have a coupon code you can use for an additional 10{967bf23b37ec6a673a83041540b3f904a815b4119ddf673afb961c1e7592ebdd} off: INFS-EMMIE10. I wear more US on a daily basis than any other brand because of their fit, quality, and classic styles. With sizes 00-40, they are one of the most size-inclusive brands anywhere. If you’re already a US fan, have at it and go shopping and use the Universal Standard promo code INFS-EMMIE10 for additional savings.

Disclosure: I’m not being compensated for this post, however, there are affiliate links. This means that if you click through and order anything through them, I will earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. These commissions help me continue my work here, and I greatly appreciate the support!

About Universal Standard sizing: US has the most size-inclusive range of clothes available right now (other than custom/bespoke options). They have sizes 00-40, with incredibly detailed measurements for each item. Their S, M, L, etc labels are different than you’ll be used to, so if you’ve not shopped them before – please consult the size chart! I am 5’10 and usually wear a 28 in Lane Bryant and ELOQUII. My measurements fall between the US XL and 2XL. I have size labels on all the photos below for reference. Questions about sizing? Let me know!

My Universal Standard Favorites:

FOUNDATION!

I can’t explain enough how much I love Universal Standard foundation items. They’re not heavily photographed items, but they’re the ones I wear most frequently because they’re essential basics with fabric that feels amazing. They’re the building blocks of my wardrobe. I have multiples of the turtlenecks, tank dresses, v-neck long sleeve shirts, and crew neck long sleeve shirts. When I say multiples, I don’t just mean multiple colors. I have multiples in the same color because I never want to be without them.

They are a very stretchy rib knit cut to skim the body. They’re amazing as underlayers, but I wear them out frequently as well. (Wearing the v-neck long sleeve shirt in nutmeg as I write this.) I sleep in the tank dresses and also layer them to wear out.

Next-to-Naked

The next-to-naked fabric is thick and ultra stretchy, and I love the bodysuit, bodyshorts, shorts, tank. They’re in heavy rotation for my Peloton workouts, and I wear the bodysuit layered to run errands.

Button Down shirts: They have many, and they’re some of the few that actually fit me properly.

Elbe Shirt (half-placket) with a now-retired US satin skirt
